Amish Pumpkin Pancakes |
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tb. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1 Egg
1 & 1/4 Cups Milk
2 Tb. Canola Oil
1/2 Cup Pureed Pumpkin
Combine flour, soda, sugar, and spices. Combine egg, oil, pumpkin, and milk; add to flour mixture, beating until smooth. Bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle. Serve with butter and syrup. Yum! We love these!
